Running on treadmill or using an exercise bike is perhaps the easiest exercise any one can do any time of the day. Simply walk briskly on the treadmill keep fit all day. Walking briskly every day or running for 20-30 minutes is effective in maintaining overall health. Positive attitude pays if you do not overlook the risk factor
