Yoga as a stress buster:  Meditation is a form yoga which releases tension from your body. You feel full of positive attitude and a high level of energy. You focus your attention on your breath. This concentration stops your mind from distracting, your mind feel free of all tensions and stress.  

Yoga makes your body and joints flexible. The more flexible is your body, the longer you live. Almost all asanas (postures) help you gain some degree of flexibility in some part of your body. Joint pains or muscle pains all are gone if you practice recommended asanas correctly.
