Exercise bike the easiest way to fitness

Running on treadmill or using an exercise bike is perhaps the easiest exercise any one can do any time of the day. Simply walk briskly on the treadmill keep fit all day. Walking briskly every day or running for 20-30 minutes is effective in maintaining overall health. It is almost a natural exercise and does not require any training or special instructions; though taking professional advice initially helps you fix your exercise program for best possible results.  If you use treadmill at your work place make sure that you set up the speed as per your stamina and requirement. Walk or run on treadmill until you are exhausted but do not over do it as it may be harmful. Using treadmill at home is convenient and the best option for those who cannot make time to go jogging every morning.  Reading a newspaper or something else while walking on treadmill is not a good idea as it may cause headache later in the day. You cannot focus your eyes on one line or written text while walking. If your workplace has a treadmill there must be a television or music system. Watch TV or listen to the music while using treadmill or exercise bike.

Those who are more comfortable at using an exercise bike, make sure that it suits your needs. There are two general classes of exercise bikes. These are recumbent bikes and upright bikes. In recumbent bikes your back is in reclining position. This design is much more comfortable and puts less stress on back and knees. Upright bikes are more like conventional outdoor bicycles. Your back remains straight and it gives you a feeling of riding an ordinary bicycles. Go for whichever you are comfortable with.
