Everyone needs an education. If you want to have a good job when you  grow up, then you need an education. Where do you get an education? You go to school. Your teacher will teach you what you need to know in order to have a good job and a good life, when you grow up. The ability to work is the poor’s main effort to satisfy their needs in developing countries. Efforts provide the income to meet material needs, reduce social isolation and provide sense of dignity and self worth. Job is important to women, who make up the majority of the worlds. Poor and who often experience greater barriers to other effective participation in the labor market. Having a good job is pretty important to many women. Men and women should be equal, both at work and at home, and wives should not rely much on their husband, if they have the ability to work. Most of the women agreed that husband’s should focus s their effort on work and social events, while wives must spend much of their time on family and house work. Women are four times more likely than men to be working .Part time during their prime earning years, often choosing this strategy as a way to balance, work and family responsibility.

How to prepare for a job:

By starting early, planning intelligently and making good use of broad based skills, especially those related to research, analysis and communication. It should not be too hard to meet the challenge of choosing a career and be successful in the job search process.
